Financial Assistance & Scholarships

At Healing Healthcare Training Institute (HHTI), we believe your career shouldn't be held back by tuition. There are several state-funded programs and scholarships available to help pay for your certification.

Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship

​If you graduated from a Michigan high school or earned your GED in 2023 or later, you may be eligible for up to $2,000 per year to cover your training at HHTI.
​Who Qualifies?
​ High school graduates (Class of 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026).
​ Michigan residents for at least one year.
​ Students who have not yet earned an Associate or Bachelor's degree.
​How to Apply:
​Create a student account in the MiSSG Student Portal.
​Ensure you have completed the FAFSA for the current year.
​Select Healing Healthcare Training Institute as your training provider.
​ 

Michigan Works! Training Vouchers


​HHTI works closely with local Michigan Works! agencies. If you are currently unemployed or underemployed, you may qualify for a "Individual Training Account" (ITA) voucher that covers the full cost of your tuition, books, and fees.
​How to start: Visit your local Michigan Works! service center (Detroit or Eastpointe) and ask about "Healthcare Career Training Vouchers."
 Employer Reimbursement (CNA Students)
​Did you know that many long-term care facilities are required by law to reimburse you for your CNA training if you are hired within 12 months of certification?
​Keep your receipts! We provide all students with official tuition receipts to submit to their future employers for reimbursement.
 Flexible Payment Plans
​If you do not qualify for state aid, HHTI offers internal payment plans to make your education manageable.
​Low Down Payments: Start your class with a small deposit.
​Weekly Payments: Pay as you learn with no interest fees.
